How can I transfer what I have done on mobile over to desktop view? So I do not have to redo everything. Talking about my product pages.

Integrate the GemPages Builder with LangShop. They have an extensive API, so it should not be so hard.

It’s very inconvenient when you don’t know what is the actual size of the section in pixels. It would be great if we could see the width and height of sections in pixels and would be able to increase or decrease the height of the section. And I mean not just “adding” paddings for the elements. Also regards the images it would be also nice to see the width and height of the image which you upload to editor. Because now that switching from px to % well is not working obvious as it should be.

Maybe I just do not see how to do it, then pls add it in “Element tips” (btw love this tips awesome idea). But if there is actually no such option - why? I feel like each row has a minimum height and if the content in it is smaller that that, there is no whay to nake row less high, so it takes as much hight just as the content is.

Please create a magnifying glass button for the product image, so that when you click it, the product image will be displayed in the best quality (just like on a standard Shopify product page). This is necessary because there is no other way to zoom in on the product image on mobile devices.

Currently you can only select Sections in the Scroll To section of button links. Having an option to select specific Headers or Sub-Headers to scroll to in the text on the page without them having to be in separate sections would be good (For example, where you have 2 rows side by side, where one is sticky and the other scrolls)

Please add a language switch and translation option within GemPages, similar to what Webflow offers. Currently, using third-party apps like Shopify's Translate & Adapt makes it time-consuming and exhausting to locate sections and buttons for translation. Integrating this feature would save significant time and greatly improve results

For the love of all that is sacred, please add a verification warning when the Publish button is clicked. It is right next to the Save button, and the amount of times I’ve published a change when I just wanted to save is too damn high.

I have the following problem: When I build the article page and the add to cart button with gampage, I first have to refresh the page so that the article appears in the cart, how can I prevent this? Loving the app so far. but unfortunately i have been using theme sections with other shopify theme templates on most of the stores. Because gempages still do not have live animations sections like most shopify themes. Also background colors in sections. love the gradient option. But wish we could do more with it than just having straight lines. The “VH” height setting does not work well for the first “hero” banner on a page because of the menu bar (and sometimes announcement bar) that exists on Shopify stores. “100 vh” should be 100% of the screen INCLUDING / FACTORING IN the menu bar. I shouldn’t have to tweak the VH setting to get it correctly “full” screen in this case, it should recognize the announcement bar and that the hero banner is at the top of the page, or there should at least be a setting for this.

Greater integrations with Shopify and the ability to edit and change Gempages pages, images, videos, GIFs, and entire sections depending on the market. For example, for the German market, I can't place a photo, video, or GIF in English, but rather in German and the same applies to all Shopify markets!

Tabs in v6 could have elements in the header, with expanded style options. Tabs in v7 is currently very limited. Please improve.

We need a better way to organize the pages. A long list is confusing if you have a lot of templates and products. Allowing us to search just the LPs that are published on products would be a good start.

It would be nice to have the ability to filter which blogs appear in which article list automatically, for example - only ones by a certain author or only ones with certain tags.

When I want to find the same icon, it's difficult to search in the choose icon list, I hope there will be a function like the icon you usually use or the icon which is in the template is in the top of list that when we open the choose icon list, we don't need to take time to search, just choose the recommended icon in the top.

I miss being able to work with the HTML of different assets in gem pages v6, if theres any way to implement that within v7, id find it extremely helpful

Please add the option to create/edit swatch library with color AND IMAGE! Just like in v6. Not being able to combine color and image swatch is a step backwards. This was working fine in v6. Some products use patterns and colours together. This is v7 (missing image option): And this is v6 with image option:

We've discovered a few limitations with the Product Description element and would like GemPages to look into adding further support for this. Some of our products contain a lot of information within the Product Description area and whilst the ‘View More’ option is available, it pushes page content down when it is clicked. This isn't ideal. I recommend an additional option - where we can have the ‘View More’ display the full product description as a popup (with option for half and full page popup and ability to scroll). Additionally, I would like to be able to have the ‘View More’ to be a button with an icon. We did attempt to solve the issue ourselves, but the current ‘Pop-up’ element option does not allow us to move the description section within it. An example is shown below:

Wishlist element required as we find this useful; and so do customers. Shoppers often have the need to save their favourite items; even if they have no plans to purchase them. Having them use the Wishlist option allows store owners to also send out emails to customers; notifying them that some of their favourited (wishlist) items, have reduced in price. This feature was previously requested by another user and disappointingly, GemPages rejected the idea. Our store has no way of letting customers add to their Wishlist - because we're using the GemPages Page Builder. Make this happen!

Hi Gempages Team, We are using a custom menu app in our store that offers a highly valuable feature: the ability to select a market and upload content specific to that market. For example, I can upload a banner in English for the USA market, then switch to the Germany market and upload the same banner in German language. The content displayed will be tailored to the selected market. If we could extend this functionality to allow selecting multiple markets for certain elements, it would significantly streamline our workflow. Thank you for your consideration!

Hi guys, I would like to suggest adding more options to the frequency of showing popups, as I'm trying to implement a Subscription popup for my users, and would like to hide it for subscribed users - currently there's no such feature. Either user can close the popup and will not see it again for a long time, or they will have to see it every time they enter the page - even when they've subscribed. Please look into updating this feature. Thank you so much, team.

I am in the process of transferring all my pages from 6 to 7 and only for product pages and the home page you can transfer the pages over without having to do anything with URL slugs. Can you make it so you can just upload it without having to do anything with the URLs as I am risking greatly damaging my pages SEO rank changing them over.

When Shopify update their theme, i have to re-do all my coding on Gems pages after upgrading and it would be nice if the coding can be auto update to new theme.

We are disappointed with all of the Size Chart applications that are available within the Shopify App Store. Some do not function well and most are overly expensive to use. We would really like to see a Size Chart option available within Gempages itself - allowing us to set up multiple charts for different items of clothing, and allow us to set a chart to a specific product. Not only would this save store owners money but it would also prevent the need for store owners to install an additional application.

I understand the two version have different code structures, and that many of the elements of updated parameters. However having the ability to even have a "base" conversion with a guide that points out elements that will need to be addressed manually would be incredibly helpful to get us fully onboarded to v7. Otherwise who has the time to redesign entire pages? Glad that we have the ability to create new templates in v7 without loosing our v6 templates at least.

The creation of the Instant Landing Page integration with Releasit COD is requested. This improvement will have a great impact in all Latin American countries that are 100% COD (Cash on delivery) and European countries with this delivery method. Since there is currently no way to link a created website with a payment form. It is not possible to use ILP. We thank you for a prompt solution to the situation.

The v6 landing page took a long time to display and had a high direct return rate, so we are rebuilding the page with Instant Landing Page, which should improve speed the most. We want people who access the LP to sign up for our newsletter, but ILP does not provide a form/newsletter element. I know that the other candidate, Gempages v7 LP, creates a form/newsletter, but I would prefer to use ILP if possible because ILP is by far the fastest way to get the page to display.
