Product Variants - Color Swatches v7 should support both color, gradient, image

Please add the option to create/edit swatch library with color AND IMAGE! Just like in v6. Not being able to combine color and image swatch is a step backwards. This was working fine in v6. Some products use patterns and colours together. This is v7 (missing image option):
