This feature is incredibly difficult to use and can't be dynamically linked to Shopify's blog data.
We desperately need a round frame please
Hi GemPages Team, First of all, thank you for the great work you’re doing — I truly love how GemPages allows us to create fast and beautiful landing experiences. I’m writing to suggest a feature improvement that would make a huge difference for all merchants running international ad campaigns using your Instant Landing Pages. Currently, Instant Landings are amazing for speed and conversion, but they don’t support automatic currency detection based on visitor IP (like the Shopify Markets engine does on regular Shopify pages). As a result, prices are displayed only in the store’s base currency (in my case, EUR), which can create friction for users in other countries, especially across LATAM and the US. It would be incredibly helpful if Instant Landings could: - Detect the visitor’s country (via IP or Shopify Markets configuration), and - Automatically show the corresponding currency symbol (USD, MXN, COP, ARS, etc.), - Or at least allow a dynamic currency field linked to Shopify Markets. This would help thousands of users maintain conversion rate consistency across international audiences — while preserving the speed advantage of Instant Landings. Thank you very much for considering this improvement. If your development team needs feedback or testing for this feature, I’d be happy to collaborate or provide examples from real campaigns. Warm regards,
It would be extremely helpful to have an option that allows selling products even when Shopify shows them as “out of stock.” In our case, inventory can’t be synced accurately because of complex fulfillment systems (working with multiple 3rd-party providers). That means Shopify sometimes marks products as OOS even though we actually have stock available. Right now, when we send paid traffic to a GemPages sales page, visitors can’t complete their checkout because Shopify blocks the purchase. This results in lost conversions and wasted ad spend. Even if it’s not ideal, it would be great to have an override setting like “Allow purchase when OOS.” We can still fulfill the order manually — and if stock truly runs out, we notify the customer about a delay. Having this option would make a big difference for stores using external inventory management or flexible fulfillment setups.
Please make it possible to customise ILP cart & header menu
I've added a discount tag to the roproduct list, but I want to customize the display form according to the price, for example, I can define it as A: $XX OFF, or B: XX% OFF. but currently it only supports the whole list to switch uniformly, and doesn't support individual settings.
My orders are getting stuck on ‘hold’ and there is no option to add a time-out function so that if a customer does neither accept nor decline the upsell, the order can still go through to fulfilment. Currently they just sit on hold indefinitely. How is this not an option? I’ll simply have to delete the app if so as its causing more issues that anything else.
I find this very confusing because when a product has multiple variants but doesn't allow customers to choose, the conversion rate is very low. If they want red but I default to black, they won't complete the purchase. I really hope GemBoss improves this feature
I have a store with over 400 products. And I have to manually check, update, edit, publish EVERY product in order to set all variant types to dropdown. This really needs to be an implemented feature where we can just set all product variant selector types to a specific type. OR Bulk edit to make it faster.
Hello GemPages Team, I have noticed an issue since your latest update. When I set the compare price and the current discount in the GemPages app, they appear correctly in the app preview. However, on my official website, these prices and discounts are not visible at all. Could you please let me know why this is happening and how I can fix it? Thank you in advance for your support.
I would like to request the addition of a feature that allows users to import articles directly from Google Docs into GemPages. The workflow I am envisioning is as follows: after setting my preferred fonts and global styles in GemPages, I would be able to upload or link a Google Docs document, and GemPages would automatically convert the content into a formatted article on my site, applying the global styles I’ve chosen. This functionality would significantly streamline the content creation process by eliminating the need to manually copy and paste content from Google Docs into GemPages and then reapply formatting. It would save a considerable amount of time and ensure consistency across articles. Thank you for considering this suggestion!
We’d like to suggest a critical feature enhancement for the Sales Funnels functionality. In other post-purchase funnel applications, there's a built-in mechanism to automatically remove unpaid items from an order if the payment fails or isn’t completed within a specific timeframe. Additionally, these apps trigger an invoice or payment reminder email to the customer immediately after the failed attempt, encouraging them to complete the purchase. This is especially important for stores using manual payment capture or other methodologies as part of their fraud prevention process. In the current setup, unpaid upsell items remain attached to the order, which creates operational and accounting issues, and may lead to confusion or fulfillment errors. We’re wondering if this functionality—auto-removal of unpaid items + triggered email prompt—can be added to Sales Funnels. It would greatly improve the post-purchase flow and align the feature set with other tools in the market. Attached there is a config page from OCU Zipify which shows the setup of this functionality.
I would love to see a way to bring in the Figma Designs directly to Gempages for novice designers like me. So there is no dependency on coders.
If you add some prebuilt sections, they will all have inconsistent styling. If instead of them using specific font sizes, spacing, etc. they referenced the styles system (paragraph 1,2,3, spacing XXS, XS, S) it would be a much better experience as right now they are so inconsistent that it’s easier to build from scratch than to manually tweak each prebuilt section.
Description: It would be very helpful to display the URL ending (slug) of each page in the Page Overview section. Many users – especially those running A/B tests – create multiple versions of the same page where only the URL differs (e.g., /landing-a, /landing-b). The actual page title and design often remain identical or nearly identical. Right now, the only way to distinguish between these pages is by modifying the page title, which is inconvenient and not ideal. For example, we might name the pages “Landing Page – Test A”, “Landing Page – Test B”, etc. But these titles then get reflected in the SEO metadata or shared when cloning the page – even though the only thing that changes is the URL. Showing the URL ending in the overview would make the page management much more intuitive, especially in cases where structure stays the same but usage or targeting differs. This simple addition would save time and prevent mistakes – especially when working on larger projects or with multiple team members.
Hi GemPages Team, First of all, thank you for the great Instant Landing Page (ILP) feature – I really enjoy working with it and see a lot of potential in it. However, I was initially under the impression that it would be possible to connect multiple domains (e.g., up to ten), as the interface seems to suggest this capacity. Unfortunately, I realized that only one domain can be activated at a time, which is a bit disappointing. We work extensively in the native advertising space, and I also run an agency where we support other clients with similar campaigns. Having the ability to assign a separate domain per ILP would be a total game-changer for us. It would allow for cleaner campaign setups, better tracking, and the flexibility to build multiple domain-specific pages that are crucial for success in Native Ads. I’d highly encourage you to consider adding this capability in a future update. The current ILP feature is already a great step forward, and with multi-domain support, it could become a true powerhouse for performance marketers. Thanks again for your hard work and innovation! Best regards, Sascha
Dear Gempages Team, I hope you're doing well. I’d like to request a valuable enhancement to the current product listing capabilities within Gempages. Currently, the pagination system limits user experience and flow on product-heavy pages. It would be highly beneficial to introduce the following features: - Show More Button: Allow customers to click a “Show More” button to load the next batch of products without a full page reload. - Auto Load on Scroll: Enable automatic loading of the next set of products (e.g., after the first 16–20 products) as the user scrolls down the page. These features are now standard across many modern e-commerce platforms and significantly improve usability, customer engagement, and conversion rates by offering a smoother, uninterrupted shopping experience. I hope you consider adding this to your roadmap. It would make Gempages even more powerful for dynamic storefronts. Thank you for your great work and continued support!
On the sales funnel , the accept button does not work and also the decline button
Hi GemPages team, Thank you for the amazing work so far! I’d like to suggest adding a Cart Drawer editing feature and a Customer Feedback section as well. These features would greatly enhance customization flexibility and improve user experience on our store. - Cart Drawer Editing: It would be helpful to have control over the appearance and functionality of the cart drawer, such as editing text, design, and layout elements directly from the editor. - Customer Feedback Feature: Having a built-in block or widget to collect and display customer feedback or reviews (with star ratings, images, etc.) would be a great addition to build trust and improve conversions. I hope you will consider these suggestions for upcoming updates. Thank you for your continuous improvements! Best regards,
Generating layout tool is amazing but requires the mobile version, at the moment it’s only for desktop. Please take this into account for feature enhancement.
Make it possible to connect & test instant landing pages with different domains.
Could you please add the ability to display just the price without requiring the entire product card to be added?
Could you please create page packs where the entire store’s pages can be selected at once? This would include Home, Product, About, and Contact pages. It would make the setup process much more efficient and streamlined. Thank you!
My website have two languages, the primary one is Arabic and the second is French ( translated using Weglot app. The thing is that there is no way to change the layouts according to the langage displayed, like in Arabic elements are from right to left, in French we should have from left to right …
So far only “Add to cart” is possible as a sticky element on the bottom. Like on the store site there should be a function where the customer can go to the cart or direct to the checkout in case they added multiple products into the cart.
creating a collapsible custom menu. Linking to different sections, target, pages etc.
The exact same gradient colour settings you already have for the buttons, but applicable to the headlines as well would be nice
I’d like to be able to add heading tags within the text editor.
I’d like to be able to change the spacing between paragraphs in the text editor.
It could be nice if there were some nice headers that you could use, because it very hard to make them yourself
There is ‘Product Images’ carousel/product image gallery but it’s only possible to dynamically pull product images here. Can we have these not part of the ‘Product’ section where we could actually pick and choose images we would like to add on these carousels/galleries.
I don’t want to use shopify’s standard checkout page for all of my customers. I want to build a custom checkout page but I can’t in Gempages so I need to use funnelish/checkoutchamp/ another custom checkout page builder. Having already built all of the pages I want in Gempages the last thing I want to do is switch and remake all of the pages on another platform!
It would be nice if there would be option to combine your editor’s newsletter design with shopify’s “Forms” and “Automation” apps. At the moment there is only option to add “Forms” as element in to the editor, but all the edits for that “pop up form” you can only do in Shopify’s admin settings, and also their “Forms” can’t be translated in several languages. So huge update would be if user would subscribe trough your Newsletter form, he would receive an automated email from the store. Now such function is available only with few other 3-rd parties apps, but in that list you could also include “Forms”
Showing the CTA after a certain scroll position or anchor like a word/headline
An popup with an limited offer on the landing page. Like here on Zipify https://help.zipify.com/en/articles/6658848-working-with-the-pre-purchase-offer-popup-editor-ocu
It would be helpful to have possibility to save blocks or whatever we want in library instead of only sections like we had that possibility in v6.
Hey, I noticed that the feature for showing related products based on recent views or purchases is currently missing. This is an essential tool for e-commerce platforms, as it can significantly improve user experience and drive sales. By analyzing user behavior, past browsing, and previous purchases, this feature allows us to suggest products that the customer may have missed, enhancing their shopping experience and increasing conversion rates. Implementing this feature will help us better understand customer preferences and tailor our product suggestions more effectively, ultimately leading to higher engagement and sales. I believe adding this functionality could be a valuable addition to our platform. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
Hi GemPages team, I would like to have a feature implemented that allows us to import all titles and handles of articles created in GemPages at once as CSV file. It helps us to see what kind of pages (contents) we have now. Thank you,
At the article list you have options to choose “multiple blog posts” and “a blog” But we need another one called “All blogs“ because if you add more article lists you would have to add all them manually
Can the designers of gempages please add a “share” button option? This is what you see in most blog posts and website pages at the top of the page that allows a viewer to easily click the “share” icon and either copy the page or share it through apps and email and devices as they wish. This should have already been a feature on gempages, but I am told for the better part of year now that it still isn’t developed. Thanks
Hello GemPage team, I need your help. I have a problem and it is that in a certain landing when I go down the header is still seen and also in mobile, the idea is that when I go down it is hidden and when I return to the top it is seen as it is, thanks.
Hello, this is my first time using GemPages. I love the function of Page interactions, so I upgraded my package to enable me to use the function of Page interactions. However, I found that this function can only be used in the page interactions. However, once Theme Sections are used, Page interactions cannot be used, which makes me very upset and brings a lot of inconvenience to my work. Therefore, I hope that Page interactions can also be used for Theme Sections
